Real Estate SkillsThe business of real estate involves the bringing together of buyers and sellers. In this sense, it is a very “people-oriented” business and requires many social skills in order to reach a meeting of the minds. The job of “Realtor” demands strong listening and communication skills (both verbal as well as written), social media knowledge (to attractively market your house using the latest technologies with the greatest reach), analytic skills (to properly assess market conditions and review contract terms), and ability to negotiate the best deal possible for your clients. My finance, business, and leadership background as well as my life experiences have prepared me well, and I consider these skills to be my greatest strengths.
